Who We Are

Since 1970, Process Equipment and Service Company (PESCO) has been creating custom solutions for the demands of the on-shore oil and natural gas industries. We excel in the engineering, design and manufacturing of new production equipment; refurbishment of used production equipment; and provide field services that take advantage of our long time expertise in upstream production operations. Committed to our values of Integrity, Mutual Respect & Trust, and Commitment to Excellence, we maintain transparent operations and processes that guarantee our customers receive in the end what’s promised in the beginning with fair, competitive pricing.

Where We Come From

Ed and Mary Lou Rhodes started this family-owned business over 40 years ago. Working as a close team, Ed provided field service and pump repair, while Mary Lou manned the parts counter and handled the clerical responsibilities. It wasn’t long before they started manufacturing using Ed’s designs based upon his vast knowledge of the workings of production equipment.

Now this grassroots operation has matured into PESCO, employing over 400 people serving customers in the United States, Australia and Latin America. The business is now led by their sons, Jim and Kyle, and continues to thrive as a values-based organization built on economic, social and environmental stewardship.

Our Products: Equipment & Field Services

Our company is built on integrity. Evidence of this is found not only in the trusting relationships we’ve nurtured with our customers over the years, but also in the quality of our products. All equipment is custom-designed to fit our customers’ needs. However, if the design for a piece of equipment appears unsafe or will not work efficiently, we won’t build it.

To this end, we are constantly working to improve our quality assurance programs. Whether this means adjusting equipment to be more “green” by reducing emissions or making fourth and fifth revisions on a design, we will not compromise in our efforts to create reliable, efficient equipment. Our equipment is not only easy to operate, but also features a few extra “touches,” such as a white coating painted inside the unit so it can be lit up in headlights for nighttime work.

We know it’s the little things that keep our customers coming back, and so our commitment to offering superior solutions extends to our field service division. We have developed a strong training program offering courses to our employees that help make certain our reputation as engineering technical experts is upheld.
