PESCO manufactures both vertical and horizontal treaters designed to produce oil emulsion cuts as required by the end user.

Free Water Knockout Treater

Each piece of equipment is engineered, designed and fabricated to meet our customer’s well criteria and specifications.

The Free Water Knockout is used to remove excess water upstream of heaters, treaters, or other separation equipment to reduce the heating and settling requirements in the downstream systems. The long horizontal settling section allows efficient separation of gas, water and oil, and can be operated in either two phase or three phase configuration. The mechanical water dump valve is operated by an interface float control. These economical units can greatly reduce fuel consumption and permit the use of smaller treating systems downstream.
