Senior Engineer

Michelle Wilcox, Senior Engineer, has been a part of the PESCO team since 2017.

Michelle earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University and has been an engineer in the oil and gas industry for over 10 years.

Prior to her current position, she worked for ConocoPhillips as a production and strategy engineer.

With a passion for continuous improvement and teamwork, Michelle works closely with Vice President of Engineering, Jim Rhodes, to develop company standards. “I have the honor of learning engineering and design techniques from Jim Rhodes. Jim is creative by nature and has taught me to think outside the box.”

In her personal time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. She coaches her son’s soccer team and, as a family, they enjoy golf.
